The founders

Two founders.
One senior team.

Moonbase is two founders and a deliberate division of labour: Christopher owns product and commercial, Hans owns operations, quality and everything technical. Between them: twenty years each across finance, manufacturing, logistics, energy and the public sector — one from the business side in, one from the code out. They meet in the middle, and that middle is Moonbase.

Moonbase is new. The people aren't.
CEO & co-founder

Christopher Wilkinson

Product & commercial

Christopher’s background is the rare arc this industry talks about but rarely produces: a decade on the business side, then a full transition into the delivery side as functional consultant and architect on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Power BI.

The road there: operational marketing at CWS-boco, then eight years at Stanley Black & Decker as Product & Business Development Manager — where the digital transformation work already began, as product owner of the Salesforce CRM rollout. Then the European Dynamics 365 rollout at ITW Spit-Paslode as Digital Transformation Manager: the run that flipped him from buyer to builder.

From 2017 he was functional lead at Infront (Cronos Groep); from 2019 functional lead, CPQ architect and Data & ISV chapter lead at Business Elements (Reply Group) — delivering enterprise applications, CPQ platforms and executive BI used at KBC, Degroof Petercam, SES, GS1, Securitas and the European Stability Mechanism.

He wrote Adaptive Flow Delivery for the AI era — not for method’s sake, but so customers get AI’s full potential in delivery, governed and auditable. At Moonbase he owns product and commercial: what we build, and who we build it for.

Hans Roelants

Operations, quality & technical

Hans is an absolute authority in enterprise application design, architecture and build. His career began in 2001 as an ERP developer at SDP Belgium; thirteen years at Infront (Cronos Groep) followed, growing developer to technical lead to architect — establishing technical standards and mentoring a generation of CRM developers. Since 2019 he has been Principal Consultant at Business Elements (Reply Group).

The record runs through some of the region’s most demanding environments: a global 5,000+ user Dynamics 365 rollout for Thomas Cook, the security model behind the CRM of KBC — one of Belgium’s largest financial institutions — performance engineering for Honda Europe’s 2,000+ dealer users, hybrid Azure integration architecture for SES, and the VAB roadside-assistance platform today.

He stays 50% hands-on by design, pushing technology well past what the platform ships with — he is the architect of Elevate, Moonbase’s Dynamics 365 product. At Moonbase he owns operations, quality and everything technical: how we build, and the bar every build has to clear.

Where our experience was earned.

A selection of the organisations our founders have delivered for — most as leads and architects in prior roles at firms including Business Elements (Reply Group) and Infront (Cronos Groep), some today through Moonbase itself.

Why it matters

What twenty years buys you.

The track record isn't decoration — it's the reason we can make promises most of this industry won't.

Senior judgment, day one

The people who pitch you are the people who build it — with the scars from KBC-scale environments already earned. No junior army, no learning on your dime.

Known problems, committed price

After twenty years of enterprise delivery, your CPQ platform, portal or approval system is a pattern we recognise. That's why we commit to fixed price — when almost nobody dares.

The judgment that makes AI safe

AI gives small teams enormous leverage — experience tells you where to point it and when to trust it. That's what Adaptive Flow Delivery encodes: AI's full potential, governed and auditable.

The short version

The people who pitch you are the people who build it. New company. Proven people.

Let's talk

Let's build something
worth watching.

Tell us what you're trying to deliver. We'll show you how — gates, visibility and all.
